Subscriptions
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless required by law, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge is incorrect or the service is materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days of first purchase. We review requests individually.
Usage limits
Refund requests may be denied if a large portion of plan limits has been used, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
